This is a 500g jar of cuttlefish ink. I have an extremely limited quantity of these. Cuttlefish ink is used to make black pasta and black risotto. The ingredients as listed on the jar are as follows: Nero, aqua sale(black and salt water)

This is a pettine per garganelli, or a garganelli comb. They are each hand crafted. This is used to make the fresh pasta called Garganelli. You will not find these anywhere else in the country, I assure you. Get one while you can. Supplies are limited.
